Most engagements begin with a discovery call to understand your operational environment, current gaps, and priorities. From there, we define a scope and start date — typically within two weeks.

Once engaged, I work embedded in your organization. Not as a project resource who delivers and disappears, but as a consistent operational partner who shows up week over week — attending relevant meetings, owning execution across priorities, and building the systems that reduce friction over time.

Engagements run as retainers, typically 10 to 30 hours per week. Most client relationships run one to three years.
