I’m Vanessa Gotthainer, founder of C-Level Executive Advisors, a boutique consulting practice focused on executive operations, marketing infrastructure, and strategic coordination for leaders navigating complex work.
For more than two decades, I have worked alongside senior executives—including Chairmen, CEOs, COOs, and CIOs—supporting leadership teams across global finance, management consulting, international academic development, and entrepreneurial ventures. My work has consistently focused on bringing structure, clarity, and disciplined execution to environments where priorities shift quickly and the stakes are high.
Much of my career has been spent inside fast-moving organizations where senior leaders rely on operational precision and thoughtful coordination behind the scenes. In those environments I learned how to translate ambitious ideas into structured execution—designing operational systems, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring important work moves forward with focus and accountability.
C-Level Executive Advisors was built from that experience.
CLEA provides operational leadership and infrastructure for executives, founders, and mission-driven organizations that need experienced coordination behind the scenes. The work often involves designing the systems that keep initiatives organized, strengthening communication and workflow structures, and ensuring that strategic priorities translate into disciplined action.
Rather than offering standardized services, CLEA works as an integrated operational partner—adapting to the pace, priorities, and leadership style of each client.

How it all started...
I didn’t set out to start a business. I set out to solve a problem I had seen repeatedly throughout my career.
Throughout my career, I worked closely with executives and founders navigating fast-moving priorities, high-stakes decisions, and constant demands on their time and focus. What they needed wasn’t more people. They needed the right person—someone who could step in quietly, think ahead, and keep everything running behind the scenes.
I founded C-Level Executive Advisors in 2018 to meet that need.
In a world increasingly turning to automation, what I offer is something AI can’t replicate: professional judgment, discernment, and critical thinking honed through decades of real-world experience. My clients rely on me not just to execute, but to assess, adapt, and act with nuance—especially in complex situations where context matters most.
CLEA is the result of over two decades of hands-on experience, built on the highest standards of professionalism and a deep respect for the pace, pressure, and privacy that come with leadership. Today, I work with a select group of clients who want that kind of support—personalized, proactive, and impossible to replicate with a template.
